One-piece swimwear
One-piece swimwear is a type of swimwear that is more conservative, yet still maintains the equal amount of sexiness to that of a more revealing two-piece swimwear. It is usually bear-back, thus flaunting the curves of the wearer. One-piece swimwear is perceived as simple yet elegant swimsuits. These are often worn by the lady lifeguards, as seen in the lady lifeguards of the defunct TV show, Baywatch (where sexy Pamela Anderson and sultry Carmen Electra displayed their hour-glass figures).
There are two types of one-piece swimwear:
Monokini- this type of one-piece bikini is a combination of a one-piece swimsuit and a bikini bottom. The middle torso part of the bikini is cut-off, thereby wearing the waistline of the wearer. This design was first introduced by an Austrian fashion designer, Rudi Gernreich in 1964.

Sling Bikini- also called slingshot, suspender bikini or suspender thong, this is the sexiest type of one-piece swimsuit. It only covers the slightest part of the body—only the genitalia and the nipples of breasts. This type of bikini is recommended for those who are daring enough to show off almost everything of their bodies.
